Any restructuring of the travel program on the advice of the traveler or the company's travel manager will be immediately inputted by the relevant counter staff, or would be suitably amended to accommodate the new travel parameters. These changes could involve route or dep / arr changes, hotel change, or perhaps assistance in misplaced baggage, extension of insurance, etc.


We provide assistance in case of lost baggage and subsequently in claim the damages from the airlines and the insurance company during the travel program.


One staff member in Domestic department will be available till 6.30 P.M every day on a roaster duty to look after the urgent ticket requirement. We are fully geared up to deliver the tickets even physically at your doorstep.

After 6.30 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, All Holidays, your officials can access our emergency Helpline Mobile Number in order to cater to your last minute domestic ticket requirement 24 x 7. The Staff on Duty has Laptop equipped with Airlines Reservation System and will be able to send you the E - ticket on the given e-mail id. In addition, mobiles of all our team members associated with you as well as of the senior managers will be made available to you, if you ever need any assistance after office hours.


We have tied up with three reputed insurance establishments - Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd., Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited etc. Through this association we are able to provide our customers instant online insurance with a variety of comprehensive service viz.
